Sean’s unique background, consisting of a degree from University of California Santa Barbara with Emphasis in Accounting, his extensive 11 year experience in property management, his entrepreneurial skills, event planning skills, and 10 years in the service industry, serve him well in his chosen profession as a Realtor.  He specializes in Income Producing/Multi-Residential Properties.  Sean understands the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange and can help manage your transaction to avoid penalty.  Sean closed 6.5 million in Sales in 2005, and over 7.6 million in 2006.  In addition, Sean owns 2 multi-residential rental properties in Port Hueneme, and 1 in Ventura helping him to understand your situation at every level.  He also is trained and participates in Port Hueneme’s Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.  Sean knows the community and has been a active resident for 23 years and can’t wait to help you achieve your financial goals.
